This ILT Series course will introduce the essential Premiere Pro skills. Students will learn video and audio basics, explore the interface, and learn to use the Timeline panel. They'll learn how to import video, add clips to a sequence, set In and Out points, and markers. Students learn how to perform various edits and apply video and audio effects. They also learn how to export video to various formats, including streaming video for the Web. Students will learn about capturing video and the specifications of various high-resolution video formats. They’ll learn to storyboard a sequence, export portions for review, and create a trimmed project. Students use Titler tools to create basic and custom shapes, add effects to graphics, and use the Fast Color Corrector effect. They also apply audio transitions, create a submix track, and create menus and motion buttons for DVDs.
